On February 18, it was learned from COOEC that the maintenance / pipeline company under the company introduced a new hot water service system and successfully completed the land test and acceptance.

The hot water suit system is mainly used to overcome the difficulty of low temperature during winter diving or deep diving, and can improve the underwater comfort of divers. The hot water suit system accepted this time is imported from the UK and provides hot water by diesel heating. It is equipped with 2 submersible pumps, 2 booster pumps and 3 combustion boilers, which can provide hot water for up to 3 divers.

During the experiment, the divers wore hot water suits and experienced the heating effect of hot water suits. When the outlet water temperature is set at 45 ~ 50 ℃, the diver feels comfortable and does not suffer from sudden cold and heat.

Before the introduction of the hot water suit system, divers could only last about 45 minutes in the sea water near zero when diving in the Bohai Bay in winter. After the application of the system, the divers can be completely unaffected by low temperature, the underwater operation time can be greatly prolonged, and the comprehensive operation efficiency can be improved by about 50%.
