Looking back on the 195 days of participating in project construction review, in plant commissioning, towing command, underwater installation, tanker limit and other links, the engineering and technical personnel of the company feel honored.
Liuhua 16-2 Oilfield Group is the first self-developed and deep-water oil and gas field in China. It is also the first oilfield group to adopt the all underwater production and development mode. It is a key project to implement general secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions for increasing domestic oil and gas exploration and development and safeguarding national energy security. The oilfield development project team made scientific planning and careful overall planning, and successively entrusted key link contracts such as diving installation, FPSO towing command and on-site limit to Shanye company as early as December 2018. The all underwater development mode means that the seabed energy is directly transmitted to the "offshore oil and gas treatment plant" through the underwater production system —— During the construction stage of "offshore oil 119" FPSO in Qingdao shipyard, the company's mooring oil extraction and underwater engineering technical force were invited to the site for many times to participate in the project evaluation and review, which not only provided forward-looking professional technical suggestions to the owner, but also enhanced technical reserves for its subsequent offshore construction.
In early 2020, novel coronavirus pneumonia raged. Because of the project manager's detention in Wuhan, young engineer Kim Shin tsan charged at the forefront of the project, not only responsible for the project's technical co ordination, but also taking account of project management. In the smoke of the epidemic, as the actual person in charge of the project, he led the project members to go deep into the Qingdao plant area at the key nodes of FPSO construction and completed a number of single point installation underwater tests before docking, which provided a strong guarantee for the smooth offshore construction.
On May 15, the company sent the towing technical guidance captain as the owner's representative to sail from Qingdao to Liuhua Oilfield Group in the South China Sea with "offshore oil 119"; On May 25, the diving team of the company arrived at the site of Liuhua oilfield in advance, and the personnel and equipment were dressed neatly after connection and commissioning, waiting for the "offshore oil 119" to enter; On May 26, "offshore oil 119" arrived at Liuhua. After completing the escort task, the towing technical guidance changed into FPSO heading control (Stern towing) group and successfully met with the diving group at the oilfield site; Then, the soldiers who entered the combat state worked hard to install 9 anchor chains within 7 days. With 119 days of diving construction and 100 days of oil tanker limit, we assisted the large project team to complete the towing and connection on schedule, and completed the umbilical and cable installation half a month in advance. The oil field group was successfully put into operation in advance on September 19.
The peak annual output of Liuhua 16-2 oilfield group can reach 4.2 million cubic meters (equivalent to meeting the annual gasoline consumption of 4 million household cars). During the national day, the mooring team will go to the sea to carry out the crude oil export of the first ship of "offshore oil 119", bravely assume the social responsibility of ensuring national energy security, and cooperate with the owner to serve the marine economy with professional technology.
