On March 6, the Technical Committee for standardization of transportation salvage and underwater engineering organized a review meeting on the formulation outline of "first aid methods and requirements for diving operation site" in Shenzhen. The Technical Committee for standardization of navigation safety, Shenzhen COOEC Underwater Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Shekou people's Hospital, Shenzhen Yantian District people's Hospital Experts and representatives from Guangzhou diving school and other units attended the meeting. The representatives listened to the report of the project team on the draft proposal of the assignment (contract) and the draft standard, and conducted special discussion and key consultation.

The project includes the formulation of two transportation industry standards: first aid methods and requirements for diving operation site and requirements for medical devices and drugs for offshore diving operation. Shenzhen Shanye Industry Co., Ltd. is the lead and main undertaking unit of the project, and participated in the preparation of units, including the Naval Military Medical University of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, Shenzhen Shekou people's Hospital Shanghai Jiaotong University, Nantong University, Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, etc.
