After years of technical accumulation and business expansion, following the successful replacement of FPSO offshore oil 111 lifting point operation platform in 2016, orders for offshore oil field projects such as tanker small hatch cover, engine room staircase and submarine door maintenance engineering have come one after another, and the company's machine repair business has gone to sea!

The maintenance department, formerly known as Shenzhen Chiwan base under the service center of Shanghai Salvage Bureau, was once managed by the parent company Warwick company, mainly providing voyage repair services for ships serving oil fields in the east of the South China Sea. In 2012, in order to implement the localization management requirements of Shanghai Salvage Bureau and continue to effectively guarantee the aviation repair task, Chiwan base of the service center was transferred to Shanye company as a whole and set up a maintenance department, which mainly undertakes the 24-hour round-the-clock voyage repair task of oil field ships in the east of the South China Sea, and also provides offshore engineering company with the installation, fixation and disassembly of diving and ROV equipment on the working mother ship, The scope of work is limited to the port.

In the face of the decline in the number of ship repair business and offshore engineering projects in the cold winter of low oil prices, the company's management adheres to the problem orientation: can the machine repair business enter the sea from the port and find a new economic growth point? After many efforts, the replacement of offshore oil 111 small platform in 2016 finally achieved successful ice breaking, and the innovative use of prefabricated special tools for outboard construction in the operation not only shortened the on-site preparation and construction time, but also greatly reduced the operation risk, and ensured and facilitated the normal oil lifting operation of the company during the construction period. The new small platform after eliminating potential safety hazards attracted the attention of the owner's leaders who went to sea for inspection. The leaders took the initiative to ask whether Shanye machine repair could do anything else. Following this business opportunity and previous construction experience, the company successfully won new project orders in early 2017. The project personnel rolled up their sleeves and are fighting in the front line of Panyu oilfield.
