The standard, measurement and quality research project of the Ministry of transport, "Research on standards for divers to safely ride aircraft after diving" (Project No.: 2012-348-203-060), passed the acceptance (review) hosted by the Western Transportation Construction Science and technology project management center in Nantong on June 13, 2014. The project is jointly undertaken by the project team composed of Shanghai Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of transport, Shenzhen Shanye Industrial Co., Ltd., the Second Military Medical University of the Chinese people's Liberation Army, Nantong University and Shenzhen People's hospital. The project summarizes the current situation and development trend of divers' flight requirements after diving at home and abroad, analyzes the industry demand, finds out the existing gap at home and abroad, puts forward the classification method of flight requirements after diving, optimizes the division of flight altitude and subdivides the ground interval before flight. At the same time, a transportation industry standard "flight requirements for divers after diving" has been formulated, covering specific requirements such as classification method, altitude division and interval subdivision, and has been issued on April 15, 2014, Standard No. JT / T 909-2014. The standard is technologically advanced, economical and practical, in which non decompression diving is divided into non decompression diving with a total exposure time of no more than 1 hour and more than 1 hour and multiple or multiple days within 12 hours before flight, decompression sickness is divided into type I and type II, and flight requirements are given respectively. There is no such subdivision in the current international advanced standard, which is quite innovative. The research results of the project include the Research Report on the standard for divers to safely ride the aircraft after diving and the transportation industry standard post diving flight requirements for divers. It fills the gap in the research and flight requirements standards for divers after diving in China, reaches the international leading level, and timely provides assistance to divers who have injuries or diving diseases on site Safe evacuation, reducing the incidence of diving accidents, reducing the level of diving accidents and ensuring the health of divers have important guiding significance.
